A Strain A infection is already spreading through the tissue. Watch antibodies (the green Y shapes) tag pathogens so patrolling macrophages can engulf them, while memory cells build up in the background. Then re-inject the same strain, or a brand new one, and compare how the body responds the second time around.

What to try
- Let the first infection clear, then inject Strain A again. Why is the second pathogen spike so much smaller and shorter?
- After beating Strain A, inject Strain B instead. Does the memory you built against A help at all against a brand-new strain?
- Hit Reset, then Vaccinate against a strain before ever injecting it. What happens to the pathogen load when the real infection finally arrives?
- Push Virulence to the top before your body has any memory. Can the immune system still win, and how close does the pathogen get to taking over?
- Watch the memory line after each battle — why does it keep climbing and never fall back to zero, even long after the pathogen is gone?
